Who we are
SEANET International is a registered Kenyan Non-Governmental organization with a long track record in
the areas of Agriculture, Education, Conflict Management, and Community Development.
We boast of highly experienced experts in the fields of Civil Engineering, Education, Health, Agriculture,
Irrigation, Environment, Business Administration , Community Development, Information Technology and
Alternative Conflict Management.
We have many years of hands-on experience in management of projects funded by notable
organizations such as the World Bank, International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), German
Development Organization (GTZ), SIDA, Department for International Development (DFID), One Dollar
For Life (ODFL), Slovakiaid etc.

Our Vision
Kenya and Africa without hunger, poverty and conflicts.

Our Mission
To form alliances with like-minded actors to ensure water and food in schools and to build students' skills
for their future livelihoods.

Our Work
SEANET works with funding organizations to empower the poor and pro-poor organizations to participate
in development projects/programs. We manage every level of programming including appraisal,
implementation, commemoration or monitoring and evaluation - bringing together donor partners and
beneficiaries at every possible opportunity.

We focus on programs that work towards the following Millennium Development Goals (MDGs):
•MDG 1 - Eradicate Extreme Poverty and Hunger
•MDG 2 - Achieve Universal Primary Education
•MDG 6 - Combat HIV/AIDS, malaria and other diseases
•MDG 7 - Ensure Environmental Sustainability
•MDG 8 - Build a Global Partnership for Development

•Joseph Mathenge- Member (Educationalist)
